Wow, what a gem we found! My partner, our two dogsand I stayed in this gorgeous barnand honestly, it exceeded all expectations. The decor was stunning and really high quality - felt super cosy, especially with the log burner on chilly nights. The enclosed garden was perfect for the dogsand having immediate access to a lovely field was such a bonus. We made the most of the hot tub in the evenings, which was a real treat after long walks. The little doggy basket with blankets and treats was such a thoughtful touch. We honestly didn't want to leave and wish we could have stayed longer. Big thanks to Ian & Wendy for sharing such a lovely spot with us!

This place is absolutely stunning! The barn has been restored with so much care, every guest comfort thought of. The location's a good place in gorgeous countryside. Honestly, what a fantastic find, we loved it!

Wow, what a gem we stumbled upon! This barn conversion is simply gorgeous, with such thoughtful touches throughout. The outdoor space is a real highlight-imagine soaking in a four-seat hot tub, firing up a ceramic BBQ, or just relaxing on comfy patio furniture, all under a stunning timber-framed garden room with a tin roof. Honestly, it's a perfect spot to unwind. Inside, the place is just as impressive. It's a cosy two-bedroom setup that comfortably sleeps four adultsand it's finished to a really high standard. We loved the underfloor heating-it kept everything warm and cosy, especially in the vaulted lounge with exposed beams and a freestanding log burner. The oak plank doors and wood plank effect LVT flooring throughout add a lovely rustic charm that feels a bit special compared to other places. We brought our two Labradors alongand I have to say, the non-slip LVT was a real relief for our older dog, Poppy, who struggles on smooth floors. It made life so much easier for her and us. We did realise there was no iron or ironing board initially, but we told the owners (who live just behind) and they dropped a new one off the very next morning-super helpful! I also asked if they could arrange some flowers for my wife's birthdayand they arrived as promised, looking absolutely lovely. One thing to note is that, since it's all underfloor heating, there aren't any radiators, so drying towels can be a bit tricky. We just used the drying rack from the twin bedroom cupboard and placed it in the cupboard next to the kitchen where the boiler is-it worked a treatand our towels and swimwear dried overnight. While staying here, we explored some great local spots. Whitlingham Country Park, on the edge of Norwich, is fantastic for walks and has lovely cafes for sandwiches and cakes. Framlingham Castle is well worth a visitand it's dog friendly too. Southwold Beach (The Denes) is great for dogs, plus there's a cracking pub at the car park called The Sail Loft. Ohand if you fancy takeaway pizza, there's a leaflet under the TV for Pizza Plus-they do the best pizza we've ever had! All in all, this place was a wonderful find. We'd definitely come back!

We enjoyed a really chilled weekend here. Everything was spotless and the facilities top-notch. The decor was lovelyand we felt so comfortable. The peaceful location was just what we needed for a proper relaxing break-didn't want to go home!

We loved the peaceful rural setting right from the beginning. The house is gorgeous and has all the essentials. Ideal for couples, families, or friends - and the family dog is more than welcome! Ian and Wendy made us feel really at home, which was lovely.
